Meeting Agenda
Travel and tour day (Monday, June 10): This is the arrival day where attendees can join us for a tour of the New York State Capitol Building and a tour of the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York. Transportation will be provided. The evening will include a social hour and dinner at The City Beer Hall within walking distance of the hotel.
Day one (Tuesday, June 11): Packed with networking and breakout sessions with opportunities for advocacy, grants, and marketing. Includes Q&A sessions with NYSDOH and DEC, an elected officials panel moderated by Susan Arbetter, and the new FNYS Comms Clash marketing contest. Transportation will be provided for our evening social hour and dinner at Lionheart on the Green.
Day two (Wednesday, June 12): Enjoy updates about the success of produce and retail achievements. Spend time networking and sharing best practices with workshops and breakout sessions centered around topics of importance for sourcing, agency services and operations. Hear from colleagues at the American Dairy Association Northeast, gain helpful insight from NYSDOH and celebrate their 40-year success along with our Hunger Champion Awards!

Conference registration is $50 for each attendee. Registration is non-refundable.
Covered costs: Feeding NYS will reimburse accommodations up to 2 nights per food bank, valued at $290 when booked through the Hilton link provided. A credit card is required to book hotel reservations; however, nothing will be charged to the card at the time of booking. The hotel will receive a list of registrants from FNYS ahead of time in order to make the appropriate bill adjustments for each food bank. Rooms being covered by Feeding NYS will not receive any room charges from the hotel aside from individual incidentals.

In addition, Feeding NYS will cover the cost for all attendees for dinner on Monday June 10, and Tuesday, June 11. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Tuesday, June 11 and Wednesday, June 12.
Parking: Parking is available for all attendees in the Hilton Albany parking garage at $10 per day. For daily attendees, $10 parking validation stickers will be provided.
Additional attendees: Feeding NYS invites additional attendees from our member food banks to the summit. However, we cannot reimburse hotel costs for additional attendees. We encourage you to use our booking link and discount. Hotel prices may vary depending on time of booking.
Please note: Transportation to and from the Summit is not covered by Feeding NYS.
