Registration
Conference registration is free for all attendees.
Covered costs: Feeding NYS will reimburse costs for 1 hotel room for 2 nights (6/6-6/7) for each food bank when booked through the Holiday Inn link provided. In addition, Feeding NYS will cover the cost for all attendees for dinner on Tuesday, June 6, and the cost of breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, June 7.

Additional attendees: Feeding NYS invites additional attendees from our member food banks to the summit. However, we cannot reimburse hotel costs for additional attendees. We encourage you to use our booking link and discount. Hotel prices may vary depending on time of booking.
Please note: Transportation to and from the Summit and parking at the hotel ($38-$48/night) are not covered by Feeding NYS.
