- Establishing the Housing Access Voucher Program
- Statewide rental assistance voucher program to help New Yorkers struggling to afford housing.
- Guaranteeing One Fair Wage
- Phase out subminimum wages so that all New Yorkers earn at least the statewide minimum wage.
- Ensuring Coverage4All
- Guarantee health insurance coverage for the roughly 154,000 New Yorkers excluded from healthcare due to their immigration status.
- Strengthening the Gate Money Program
- Provide increased and sustained support for individuals returning to society after incarceration.
- Passing the Working Families Tax Credit
- Strengthen the Earned Income Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit, expand the credits to Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) filers, and introduce quarterly payments.
- Enabling values-based food procurement for municipal institutions
- Enable municipalities to better support local food producers, environmental sustainability, labor standards, nutritional value, animal welfare, and racial equity.
- Providing universal childcare for all New York families
- Guarantee all New York families have universal access to childcare, pre-K, and after-school programming.
- Expanding access to personal care items
- Expand access to menstrual products, hygiene and personal care items for SNAP and WIC participants.
- Creating a statewide self-sufficiency standard
- Create a state-commissioned task force to study the true cost of living in New York State.
